Why we built this

It started with a speech.
And 20 years of watching
guidance fail.

PullMeUp was born from two observations. First: two decades of watching the same need appear everywhere. Colleagues looking for honest guidance. A friend asking if you'd spare a few minutes for their kid. Strangers messaging on professional networks. The need was never the problem. The structure to meet it was. Second: a simple idea that has existed for generations: those who have made it have an obligation to reach back.

The answer was not better technology. It was honest human connection, from outside the organisation, free from politics, where giving back and gaining something real are the same thing.

That is PullMeUp. Each one teach one.
