PullMeUp works because both sides show up honestly. This is what we ask of everyone — Pullers and Pathfinders alike.
Every conversation on PullMeUp is built on trust. Pathfinders trust that their Puller will be honest and non-judgmental. Pullers trust that their time and story will be respected. This code of conduct exists to protect that trust — for both sides.
For Pathfinders
Come with a genuine question or crossroads. PullMeUp is for people who are serious about a decision they're facing — not for collecting contacts or testing the platform.
Respect your Puller's time. Show up when you say you will, be on time, and come prepared. We'll help you prepare — use that.
This is one honest exchange, not ongoing coaching or therapy. The conversation is bounded by design. That's what makes it work.
Keep what your Puller shares confidential. Their career story, their honest opinions, their vulnerabilities — those are theirs. They shared them to help you. Don't share them further.
No recording without your Puller's explicit consent.
For Pullers
Be honest, even when the honest answer is uncomfortable. That's the whole point. A Pathfinder can get a polished answer anywhere — they came here for the real one.
Don't turn the conversation into a sales pitch. The Pathfinder came for honest guidance, not an opportunity. Keep the conversation focused on them.
No judgements on the Pathfinder's choices so far. They're at a crossroads — not in a performance review. Make it safe for them to be honest with you too.
Keep what your Pathfinder shares confidential. Their situation, their doubts, their questions — those stay in the conversation.
No recording without your Pathfinder's explicit consent.
For both
One conversation, no ongoing commitment without both parties genuinely wanting it. The value is in the focused exchange — not in creating a dependency.
What's discussed in the conversation stays between you. We may ask for brief feedback afterwards — not to report what was said, but to make future matches better.
PullMeUp reserves the right to remove anyone who misuses the platform, acts in bad faith, or makes the other person feel unsafe.
If something feels wrong during a conversation, stop it. You are never obligated to continue. Contact us at contact@pullmeup.ai and we will follow up.
This isn't a legal document. It's a commitment we ask everyone to make — to each other and to the idea that an honest conversation at the right moment can change a direction. If you have questions about this code or want to report something, write to us at contact@pullmeup.ai. We read every message.
